How to use ProFinder step by step:
Using ProFinder will only take you a few minutes.
1. Download BeeReno: Install the application and create an account or log in if you are already part of the community.
2. Access ProFinder: From the bottom menu, you’ll find the new ProFinder icon. Click on “Start now“.
3. Tell us what you need. Answer a short questionnaire indicating the service you are looking for, a title for your project, and a description of what you need.
4. Add photos: Upload images so professionals can better understand your work before contacting you.
5. Choose the urgency: Do you need it resolved in less than 24 hours or can it wait a few days? You decide the priority of your project.
6. Indicate the location: Select where the work will be done and post your request.
7. Wait for proposals: Interested professionals will begin contacting you.
You’ll receive notifications directly in the app and can chat with them using the integrated chat feature. It’s that simple.
