There are two plans: Pro Plan, for €19.99/month (VAT included), and Pro Max, for €49.99/month (VAT included). Both include a 14-day free trial.
Pro Plan has a shared monthly limit of 15 customer contacts or views of posted jobs, plus the essential tools to manage your business. Pro Max offers unlimited contacts and job views, more space for photos and video on your profile, priority visibility, and premium support.
You can try your chosen plan for 14 days before your first charge. If you cancel during that period, you lose any remaining trial days: they are not saved and cannot be recovered later.
Yes, you can switch plans whenever you want. However, it’s not an automatic upgrade or downgrade: you have to cancel your current plan and sign up for the new one.
Yes, both prices (€19.99/month and €49.99/month) already include VAT. There are no additional charges on top of that amount.
You can cancel a service more than 24 hours before it starts. To reschedule, go to your jobs dashboard, open the booked service, and select Reschedule. Choose a new date and time, then send the request to the customer.
The change takes effect only when the customer accepts it. Until then, the original date and time remain in place.
