Please read the following policy carefully, as well as our Cookie Policy, which sets out how we collect, use, communicate and transmit the personal information you provide to us through our websites, mobile applications and any other digital platform or even when you interact with us on social networks.
This Privacy Policy shall apply to the processing of personal data that the User voluntarily provides when accessing the website, the corresponding mobile application or any other digital platform.
UPDATES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY
We may modify this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do so, we will post the changes on this Platform.
LEGISLATION APPLICABLE TO USERS’ PERSONAL DATA
BeeReno expresses its commitment to comply with current legislation on data protection in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and with Organic Law 3/2018 of 5 December on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, as well as any other applicable legislation.

INFORMATION REPORTED AND HOW WE USE IT
The categories of information we collect depend on your activity and interaction with BeeReno. In any case, BeeReno will only collect personal information that is strictly necessary to perform its services.
The User must provide BeeReno with the following information to open an account on the Platform: name and surname (or company name, in the case of legal entities), phone number, e-mail, DNI/NIF/NIE (in the case of legal entities).
The User agrees to enter real and truthful data. It will also be solely responsible for any damages that BeeReno or third parties may suffer as a result of the lack of truthfulness, inaccuracy, lack of validity and authenticity of the data provided.
The data collected by BeeReno will be used exclusively for the achievement of the object defined in the General Conditions of Use of the Web.
BeeReno collects information directly provided by the User and other information that is provided indirectly through the use of the BeeReno platform.
- a) Profile image
In the event that the User registers and includes his/her profile picture, the processing will be carried out in accordance with current data protection regulations.
The User gives his express consent for his image to be used by BeeReno, complying with the requirements established in the current regulations. b) Information that Users provide to us indirectly:
Data derived from the use of the Platform: BeeReno collects data derived from the User’s use of the Platform each time the User interacts with the Platform.
Application and device data: BeeReno stores the device and app data that the User uses to access the services. These are:
– Internet IP address used by the User to connect to the Internet with his computer or cell phone.
– Information about your computer or cell phone, such as internet connection, browser type, device type, etc.
– The complete clickstream of Uniform Resource Locators (URL), including date and time.
– User account data: information on orders placed by the User, as well as ratings and / or comments made about them.
– Browsing history and user preferences.
– Data derived from the origin of the User: if the User arrives at the BeeReno Platform through an external source (such as a link from another website or social network), BeeReno collects data from the source from which the BeeReno User came.
– Data derived from the management of incidents: if the User addresses the BeeReno Platform through the Contact Form, BeeReno will collect the messages received in the format used by the User and may use and store them to manage current or future incidents.
– Data derived from “cookies”: BeeReno uses its own and third party cookies to facilitate navigation to its users and for statistical purposes. For more information, see the Cookies Policy.
– Geolocation Data: if and when authorized by Users, BeeReno will collect location-related data, including the real-time geographic location of the
User’s computer or mobile device.
Similarly, if the user accesses BeeReno through products and services offered by Google, it may send navigation data to BeeReno, with access to the platform through links created by Google.
PURPOSE OF THE INFORMATION COLLECTED
- Use the Beereno Platforms.
BeeReno uses the data it collects from Users to enable them to access and communicate with the Platform and to provide the services they request through the Platform, according to the mechanism described in the “Terms and Conditions of Use”.
They will also be used to show the User the requests for services made through the Platform and to allow the User to provide feedback on the services provided by professionals.
BeeReno may also make email communications to the User about the services. By registering, the User accepts this Privacy Policy and, therefore, BeeReno is authorized to make these communications.
BeeReno also uses this data to improve the services provided to Users and professionals. Therefore, BeeReno will use this information for internal statistical purposes to analyze trends and behaviors of Users and to manage and improve the services it offers.
The above treatments are necessary for the execution of the contract that the Users have signed with BeeReno (“Terms and Conditions of Use”). The execution of such contract is the basis that legitimizes BeeReno for the processing of personal data.
BeeReno may also provide this information to Users in the event that they wish to file a claim relating to the service for any reason, as well as use this information to detect and investigate possible illegal behavior or violations of the Terms and Conditions.
The basis for the processing of this data is the legitimate interest in protecting the Platform and its Users and complying with the applicable legislation.
- Advertising BeeReno’s services.
BeeReno may send by email to users who have consented to offers related to the service offered. Such promotional messages may be based on the
consumption habits or preferences of users.
BeeReno may also use the delivery addresses of the services entered by the User for the purpose of carrying out these promotional activities (sending advertising brochures, etc.).
The legal basis that legitimizes this treatment is the User’s own consent and the legitimate interest of the data controller.
DATA RETENTION PERIOD
The data will be kept for the duration of the contract and/or, if applicable, as long as the User does not revoke his/her consent. Once the contract is terminated, during the period of limitation of the legal actions that may arise from it.
INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
Your personal data may be transferred to a third country. In the event of international transfers, our foreign suppliers will act as our sub-providers and will be obliged to preserve the confidentiality of your data. Thus, we anticipate that we sign with all suppliers as many documents as necessary to ensure that they offer adequate guarantees equivalent to those of the EU to carry out such international transfers.
USERS’ RIGHTS
You have the right to request access to the personal information we maintain about you in our records, to correct any inaccuracies and to update outdated information. In some circumstances, you will have the right to request deletion of your personal information or a restriction on the use of your personal information.
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, limitation of processing and portability of your data, as well as the revocation, at any time, of the consents, if applicable, provided to BEERENO APP, S.L., with address at Avenida Diagonal 101 – P.2 PTA. 2, C.P. 08008, Barcelona (Spain), with tax identification number B-706.260.23, attaching a photocopy of your ID card or equivalent valid identification document.
You have the right to refuse to allow us to process your personal information in some cases. In particular, you may ask us to stop sending you direct marketing communications at any time (however, we may continue to send you service-related communications (i.e., non-marketing communications), such as e-mail updates on the status of your orders). After investigating the matter you refer to us, we will respond to you in writing within a reasonable time, outlining our proposed course of action to remedy the situation. If you believe that we have processed your personal information unlawfully or in breach of your rights, you also have the right to complain to a European Data Protection Authority or to the Spanish Data Protection Agency in your place of residence or work, or in the jurisdiction in which the processing took place.
