The professionals’ profiles contain all the information you need, including pricing, ratings, BeePro badges, number of jobs completed on BeeReno, languages, skills, Videos, pictures of previous work.
Once you’ve found the right match, you can connect and chat directly about your needs. Share pictures of the issue you have and explain it to them. Once you agree on a price, provide your address, and they will send you a proposal that includes everything about the job, such as the date, time, and total price, which includes VAT and platform commission.
You can either accept or decline the offer, which is only valid for 24 hours. If you accept, you make a secure payment through BeeReno, and we hold the payment until job completed on the date and time you both selected. After 24 hours post-completion, the professional or company receives your payment.

Once you’ve found a professional or company you like, simply use our exclusive in-app or desktop real-time chat feature to message them directly. This makes it easy to discuss details, share pictures, ask questions, negotiate your price, and make payments. It’s that simple–your dream vision is on the way!
Is there a fee for using BeeReno as a user?
Using BeeReno as a user is completely free! You can browse profiles, connect with professionals or companies, and use all platform features at no cost. BeeReno only applies a small service fee of 8% on each project to cover payment transaction management and 24/7/365 support, which is included in the final proposal price from the professional.
How is the payment process handled on BeeReno?
The payment process on BeeReno is simple and secure. Once you agree to a proposal, you’ll make a secure payment through BeeReno, which is processed by our trusted payment partner, Stripe. BeeReno holds the payment safely until the job is completed. If no issues are reported within 24 hours of completion, the payment is automatically released to the professional. This system ensures peace of mind for both users and professionals!
How is my payment secured with BeeReno until the job is completed?
Your payment is fully secured with BeeReno through our trusted payment provider, Stripe. When you approve a proposal, your payment is held safely by BeeReno until the project is completed. This process ensures that funds are only released to the professional once the job is finished to your satisfaction.
Can I negotiate the proposal price with the professional or companies?
Yes, absolutely! You are free to discuss and negotiate the proposal price with the professional or company directly through our in-app chat.Open communication is key to ensuring that everyone is on the same page!
What happens after I accept a professional's proposal?
After you accept a professional’s proposal and complete the payment, your job will be added to the “Jobs” section in your account. Here, you’ll find all the relevant details, including the scheduled date, time, full price, and a detailed description of the services to be provided.
Can I modify a project after it has been accepted?
To make any changes to the services, simply contact the professional or company directly through our in-app real-time chat feature. If you both agree on the modifications, the professional will send you a Service Modification proposal reflecting the updated details. You will then need to accept this new Service Modification proposal to confirm the changes and ensure everything is set for your project.
Can I cancel a project after it has been accepted?
Yes, you can cancel a project after it has been accepted, though we advise contacting your professional or company to discuss potential modifications instead of canceling. If you still choose to cancel, please note that cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled start time may incur penalty fees. Additionally, BeeReno’s service fees are non-refundable, except in specific cases.* For further details, please refer to our cancellation policy.
Is BeeReno responsible for the quality of the work done by the professionals or companies?
BeeReno is not responsible for the quality of work performed by professionals or companies, as we serve solely as a marketplace platform focused on providing a user-friendly experience. All details regarding the project and its execution should be discussed directly with the professional or company.

If your project takes longer than expected, the professional or company should send you an updated Service Modification proposal reflecting the new completion date. This ensures you have clarity on the revised timeline and any additional details regarding the work.
How can I leave a review for a professional or company after a completed job?
We truly appreciate the time you take to leave a review and rate your professional and your experience with us! After your job is completed, you can easily leave a review directly in the app. Simply navigate to the completed job in your account, and you’ll find an option to rate the professional or company and provide feedback. Your reviews help other users make informed decisions and allow us to continuously improve our platform.
How do I change my password on BeeReno?

What is a payment proposal on Beereno?
A payment proposal is a detailed outline of the work agreed upon between you and the professional or company. It includes the service description, scheduled date and time, address, total price (including VAT and platform service fees). You will receive the proposal in your chat features from your professional or company. You have two options: you can either accept the proposal with the provided details and price, or decline the offer if you are not satisfied.
How do I change the language of the app?
To change the language of the app, simply go to the main menu section and select your preferred language: English, Spanish, or Catalan. The selected language will be displayed on your app or desktop.

To sign up as a renovation professional or company, simply visit the “Become a BeePro” section on our website or register through the app. Fill out the required information, including your skills, experience, and a profile picture or company logo. Once your profile is created and the payment system is connected, it will be visible to users, allowing you to receive requests and payments from new clients and start connecting with potential projects!
How much is the subscription?
The monthly subscription for BeeReno is €44.99 (VAT included). By choosing the annual subscription, you can take advantage of a 20% discount, maximizing your savings. Additionally, you’ll have the opportunity to start with a complimentary one-month trial at no cost. This option not only enhances value but also provides you with complete access to all the platform’s features.
How can I update my profile photo or job description as a professional or company?
To update your profile photo, previous job pictures, or job description, go to the professional account settings section of your profile. After making your changes, you can review how your profile appears to customers by going to the professional profile review section on your profile. This allows you to see all your details and ensure everything looks great and reflects your current services.
When and how is payment released to the professional or company?
Payments are released to the professional or company 24 hours after the job is completed, based on the selected date and time. The payment will be available in your Stripe account, giving you control over your account to initiate the payout. You can easily transfer the funds to your bank account. Please note that the actual transfer may take 3 to 7 days, depending on your bank.
How do I delete my BeeReno account?
To delete your BeeReno account, navigate to your account settings and find the option for “Delete Account.” Follow the prompts to confirm your decision. Write your desired information and don’t forget to save your changes. It will then be displayed on your profile. How do I connect my payment method and receive funds for my work on BeeReno?
To connect your payment method on BeeReno, simply go to your profile, select the “Financial Overview” section, and click on the “Stripe Dashboard.” This will direct you to our payment partner to secure your payment setup. Complete the required information, and once everything is finalized, you will be redirected back to your Financial Overview. Your account will be activated, and you will see a green checkmark confirming the successful connection.
How do I receive payments in my bank account from BeeReno?
To receive payments from BeeReno, go to your Stripe Dashboard by selecting “Stripe Dashboard Express” in your profile. This will direct you to your Stripe account, where you can initiate payouts to your bank account. You can also download invoices and view your payment history, giving you full control over your payments.
How can I confirm I received a payment on my account after a customer accepts and pays?
To confirm that you received a payment on your account, simply go to your profile and select “Financial Overview.” Here, you can view your total balance and the upcoming payments you’ve just received on BeeReno. You can also check the time and date of the transactions by clicking on “Stripe Dashboard Express” to access your Stripe account.
How can I earn the BeeReno BeePro badge?
To earn the BeeReno BeePro badge, you need to achieve a 5-star rating from customers at least five times by providing exceptional service. By having a BeePro badge, you will increase trust with customers, and the badge will be displayed on your profile, showcasing your commitment to quality. Additionally, you will be top-listed on the platform, giving you greater visibility to potential customers!
How do I change the language of the app?

How can I change the date, time, and description for my customer after confirming a job?
To change the details for a customer, simply go to the “Jobs” section and select the customer whose details you need to modify. Navigate down to their profile, choose “Modify” and update the information as needed. Once you’ve made the changes, it will be sent the updated details to the
customer. After they confirm the changes, the updates will be reflected in the customer job section.
How can I send a payment proposal to a customer?
To send a payment proposal to a customer, simply go to the chat feature and select the customer you are interacting with. Click on the schedule icon in the chat, which will bring up a custom proposal section. Here, you can select the date, time, VAT percentage, and address, along with the service description details that you both agreed upon. Once everything is set, click “Confirm and Send.” Your proposal will be reflected in the chat.
